3. AI Content Disclaimer
UploadKar uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions and optimize content. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the performance or viral potential of AI-generated content. All final publishing decisions rest with the user.
4. Subscription & Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
5. Intellectual Property
UploadKar and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of UploadKar and its licensors. Your content remains yours.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall UploadKar, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
